Yes, the ride share and long term airport parking is expensable.

Rooms have been booked and taken care or ahead of time by NTC.

Check in is at 3:00 PM local time. We've got your room covered but upon check in you will have add your personal credit card on file.

Meals on the day of travel are expensable per the NTC travel/expense policy. NTC will host dinner on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday along with breakfast & lunch on Monday through Friday.

We won't be hosting dinners on Tuesday and Thursday, but no worries, you can expense those dinners up to $40 per night. Enjoy your meal and make sure to keep the receipts for expense reimbursement.

The dress code for all events as to stay true to our culture in being your authentic self. If you are most comfortable in casual attire please pack casual, if you would like to dress in more formal business attire that's good too!
